Our Mission
Seeing and forming Christ in the student is the object and raison d'être of the Poor Clare Missionary Sister; therefore, she considers her teaching profession a true vocation and apostolate of the Church.
This teaching vocation is carried out by each sister at Santa Clara Day Nursery every day.
Philosophy of Education

Tell me and I forget
Teach me and I remember
Involve me and I learn
Served by the Poor Clare Missionary Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament, in Santa Clara we believe children learn from experience and involving activities.
In Santa Clara we live the values of faith, charity, hope, loyalty, honesty, and improvement; having the goal to form Christ in each student, which is forming good leaders for tomorrow from the very basic principles of a good citizen.
The Poor Clare Missionary Sisters

Joy always shines in every Clarissan Missionary Sister is Perfect joy, bearing witness to the world that there is no greater joy than that which exists in the prompt disposition of the will at the service of God.

“Our Lord never leaves us; Sometimes he lets us feel like that nostalgia but he wants us to look for him with more love, with more self-sacrifice; it is one to follow in the spiritual paths to the Lord. Trust and always trust. What can we do without Him? And trust all the more, the more miserable we feel”

The path of humility, of trust, of abandonment in God: how much the Lord likes a life hidden in Him, without absorbing concerns, without making the gifts received prevail, without seeking human glory, self-forgetful, dedicated to the service of others in quiet, sincere and loving obedience; in a going without noise in search of small mortifications of small acts of charity that wrapped in friendly smile bring souls a sensation of peace and love.
